Goal 1: To be able to run at least 5 miles outside
Right now I can run about 2 miles nonstop on a treadmill, but I can't make myself run more than half a mile on the road...no clue why, but I want to be a road runner, not a gym junkie!
Goal 2: Lose weight
Obviously. I want to lose enough weight to have defined abs and nonflabby legs. I'm not sure how much that is.
Goal 3: Eat really healthy
You only have one body, treat it with respect :)
Goal 4: Get my flexibility back, better than ever!
I remember doing over splits in gymnastics (Splits with one of your legs raised about a foot and a half off the floor)...I want to be able to do that again
Goal 5: Actually get some gymnastics skills back
If I'm in shape I should at least be able to do like a back handspring, ariel, and some cool posed handstands...I used to be able to do those things without a thought.
